What if I need to modify my order?
Once your order is submitted and you realze you need to modify your order, then you would need to make us aware within the first hr after making your purchase otherwise our backend systems will process the order as is.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please let us know within 60 minutes after making your purchase.
Can I get same day delivery?
Unfortunately no. For custom designs, the process takes a few days for our stamps to get to you.

Returns
Can I return my item?
Look we get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out and you might want a refund. Given the nature of the producs we’re dealing with, returns are unfortunately not accepted due to the custom design element of the product creation. However, if faulty we will accept returns and replace it.
